COMSovereign Seals Partnership With Intelligent Waves to Broaden Defense Client Base

COMSovereign Holdings, a Tucson, Arizona-based communications technology company, is seeking to grow its footprint in the government and Department of Defense markets through a partnership agreement with information technology and services firm Intelligent Waves headquartered in Reston, Virginia.

As a partner, IW would be the integrator and management services provider supporting COMSovereign’s sales to U.S. government clients. The COMSovereign portfolio offerings covered under the partnership include 5G communication systems and aerostat/drone solutions, IW said Tuesday.

Partner support will also be extended to the sales of SIFF.IO, which has a software-as-a-service reseller agreement with COMSovereign on a cloud-based network change monitoring and compliance software, IW added.

David Knight, COMSovereign president and CEO, cited IW’s track record of more than 18 years providing advanced technology integration for the DOD as a specialization that will support the company’s expansion in the defense market.

Tony Crescenzo, Intelligent Waves president and CEO, said COMSovereign’s “exceptional assortment of innovative ‘Made in the USA’ hardware and software technologies and platforms,” make the company excited about the partnership to cater to specific government needs.

One of IW’s recent defense contracts was a $99.9 million U.S. Air Force task order for hardware and software integration services to support the 59th Test and Evaluation Squadron’s Crowd Source Flight Data program.
