DSFederal Secures USMC Technical Program Management Support Task Order
The U.S. Marine Corps has awarded DSFederal a task order to provide technical program management support for the Logistics Integrated Information Solutions.
Work under the task order involves modernizing and sustaining IT systems, processes and procedures and delivering capabilities that ensure Marine Corps readiness in logistics operations.
Responsibilities also include product support and asset management, financial management, data quality management, tools administration, system engineering, test verification and validation, and cybersecurity, DSFederal said.
According to the company, it will use its data-driven solutions and experience in cloud migration, enterprise resource planning and IT security compliance under its partnerships with other federal agencies to improve the Marine Corps’ LI2S program management processes.
“Data enabled logistics operations is a force multiplier for improving mission effectiveness,” said Clement Chen, CEO of DSFederal.
The task order was awarded under the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners small business government-wide acquisition contract.
