Empower AI to Provide Army ISEC With IT, Network Support Services
The U.S. Army has awarded Empower AI a $27 million task order for IT support services.
Empower AI will provide network architecture and equipment optimization in support of the Army Transport Edge network infrastructure. The company will also deliver out-of-band management network support, a new network management system, migration services and legacy network integration services.
The task order supports the Army Information Systems Engineering Command, Fort Huachuca Engineering Directorate. Work will be performed at over 60 locations in South Korea.
The task order was awarded under ISEC’s Total Engineering and Integration Services IV contract, Empower AI said.
The company has a long-standing working relationship with the Army ISEC, having received several contracts from the command in recent months.
In October, the company secured a $21 million TEIS IV task order from ISEC to provide C5ISR services, IT hardware, audio/visual systems, secure voice equipment and other support services to the military branch’s Intelligence and Security Command and Counterintelligence Command. In December 2022, Empower AI received a $14 million TEIS IV task order for cybersecurity support services for ISEC’s Mission Engineering directorate.
