FAA Posts Award Notice for $2.4B IT Procurement Contract
The Federal Aviation Administration has selected 14 companies to compete for task orders under the 10-year, $2.41 billion Information Technology Innovative Procurement for Strategic Sourcing multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The awardees, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Abacus Technology, Concept Solutions, Obsidian Global, DNI Emerging Technologies, Network Designs and Epsilon, are split into four categories, namely unrestricted, uncategorized small business, certified socially and economically disadvantaged small business, and service-disabled veteran-owned small business.
Under the ITIPSS contract vehicle, the companies will deliver information technology services and solutions for all FAA non-National Airspace System IT mission support, according to a notice posted on SAM. gov.
In 2022, the FAA posted a screening information request for the IDIQ, indicating that the acquisition will advance the FAA’s overall strategic initiatives, including support for future applications and technology modernization efforts.
Any questions about the ITIPSS award announcement may be submitted to an FAA contracting officer via email.
