FBI Announces 95 Vendors to Participate in ITSSS-2 Contracting Vehicle

The FBI Finance and Facilities Division, Procurement Section, has selected 95 vendors to participate in the Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation blanket purchase agreement.

ITSSS-2 provides the FBI with a reliable vendor pool to source critical information technology services that will help it carry out its mission in the next eight years.

Considered the largest contract vehicle for the agency, ITSSS-2 comes with an estimated cost of $8 billion, according to a notice posted on SAM .gov.

The Procurement Section is expected to provide standardized ordering procedures and templates in the coming days. A forecasting tool will also be created to identify upcoming requirements and help vendors plan their proposals in advance.

The agency started seeking feedback on ITSSS-2 in February 2023 as it aims to streamline its strategy for procuring IT services while ensuring it has a dependable pool of contractors.

The FBI BPA falls under General Services Administration Schedule 70 and covers a full range of services, including application development and management, call center services and telecommunications.
