FedRAMP Clearance Granted to Contact Center Solutions Provider T-Metrics

The Charlotte, North Carolina-based contact center solutions provider T-Metrics has obtained authorization to operate from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, an organization tasked with ensuring that cloud applications used by the government follow security standards.

CEO Arthur Pravato highlighted T-Metrics’ status as one of a few providers in the omnichannel segment that have received FedRAMP authorization, adding that the company will support the secure modernization of federal agencies’ on-premises contact centers. He said that T-Metrics provides an all-in-one voice, digital and workforce management solution that works on-premises and in the cloud.

In a press release, the company explained that the government is increasingly prioritizing digitalization as part of user experience improvement efforts, creating an opportunity to upgrade existing contact centers.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission utilized T-Metrics’ solution to meet customer support needs following a selection process conducted by Systems Integration Inc. The criteria were based on technical requirements and compliance with FedRAMP, T-Metrics said.
