FedRAMP Grants Moderate Authorization to Genesys Cloud CX
Cloud CX offers public sector agencies digital, voice, artificial intelligence, workforce engagement management, analytics, and unified communications and collaboration capabilities to enhance the delivery of services to customers, Genesys said. Using the platform will result in improved customer and employee experience and enhanced security and compliance with FedRAMP requirements, the company added.
Cloud CX also allows working from any location with an internet connection and supports cloud migration efforts that are part of the government agencies’ IT modernization initiatives aimed at meeting the changing and increasing customer demands.
Carahsoft Technology is offering Cloud CX to public sector agencies using its state, local and federal contract vehicles.
According to the Genesys State of Customer Experience Report, several government customer experience leaders consider employing a customer experience platform that integrates systems in the coming years.
