FedRAMP Grants Ready Designation to Tenable Cloud Security
Cybersecurity solutions provider Tenable has announced that the Tenable Cloud Security for U.S. Government-Ermetic was granted a “Ready” designation at the moderate impact level from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
Tenable Cloud Security is a cloud-native application protection platform that maps cloud assets and platforms, assesses and identifies potential threats to business operations and prioritizes which vulnerabilities to focus on depending on the severity. According to Tenable, its solution supports Google Cloud Security, Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.
The FedRAMP designation allows federal agencies to deploy Tenable Cloud Security for their respective needs, Yahoo Finance reported.
Tenable’s solution is one of a slate of products granted FedRAMP authorization in recent months.
In November, the artificial intelligence solutions provider Socure received the FedRAMP “In Process” designation for its ID+ platform. ID+ provides AI- and machine learning-enabled digital identity verification and fraud prevention capabilities to users and is designed to give government agencies secure access to essential services.
In September, Noblis obtained a FedRAMP “Moderate” authority to operate designation for its RunCyberAccess solution. RunCyberAssurance is a cloud-based product that automates analytics capabilities.
