REI Systems Grants Management Tool Now Available for Government
The General Services Administrations has awarded REI Systems a Multiple Award Schedule contract for software licenses.
GSA’s MAS allows federal agencies to more easily access GovGrants, an enterprise-grade tool designed for managing grants on a single platform, REI said Thursday.
REI Vice President Wagish Bhartiya said GovGrants includes integrated post-award reporting and analytics tools absent in competing products.
“Its features are wholly demand-driven, while the development and operating costs are shared across multiple local, state, and federal agency customers,” Bhartiya added.
According to REI’s product page, GovGrants helps staff by automating the majority of manual business processes associated with grants management.
The tool was also designed to track and compile the disparate flow of grant funds and amendments throughout their life cycles.
To improve collaboration between sub-grantees and internal users, GovGrants includes communication tools to facilitate negotiations. It also has a file storage functionality for exchanging exchange documents.
REI said GovGrants offers agencies start-to-end support for grants, cooperative agreements, contracts, prizes, challenges and other such awards.
With help from company staff, agencies can implement GovGrants in less than 45 days using readily available capabilities and features, REI added.
Users can also make their own configurations and modifications over time without resorting to costly upgrades, the company said.
REI noted that GovGrants has been approved under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program, a government-wide program aimed at standardizing security assessment, authorization and continuous monitoring for cloud products and services.
REI is an information technology company headquartered in Sterling, Virginia. The company specializes in Agile software development, continuous integration/continuous delivery, DevOps, application modernization and platform-based solutions.
