ICF to Modernize CMS Kidney Dialysis Data Platform Under HHS Contract
ICF has secured a potential three-year, $33 million recompete contract from the Department of Health and Human Services to continue modernizing the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ kidney dialysis data system.
ICF will continue working on the CMS’ End Stage Renal Disease Quality Reporting System, which will collect, analyze and synthesize patient data and give doctors and medical organizations the ability to match patients with health care service providers. James Morgan, chief operating officer of ICF and a past Wash100 awardee, said the company will use its expertise in the health care sector to provide agile and scalable solutions that improve patient care and health outcomes.
The EQRS is built on Amazon Web Services’ cloud solution, ICF said Tuesday.
The contract is one of several digital modernization deals ICF received from U.S. government agencies in recent months.
In December, the U.S. Forest Service awarded ICF a potential seven-year, $87 million task order to develop the next generation of the Fire and Aviation Management Enterprise Geospatial Portal. ICF said the USFS wants the upgraded EGP to be a scalable data solution that enhances wildfire respondents’ decision-making capabilities.
In November, the company received a $36 million Department of Homeland Security task order to modernize Immigration and Customs Enforcement‘s human resources system using ServiceNow’s low-code HR Service Delivery module.
