ICF to Provide Technology, Analysis Support for HUD’s Housing Programs, Systems

ICF has secured several cooperative agreements from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide advanced technologies and analytics to the Community Compass program.

ICF will provide the HUD with housing, disaster management, climate and technology experts who will deliver technical assistance, training, data analysis and other services to help the department support capacity-building for cities, counties, states and nonprofit organizations. The experts will ensure that HUD helps their partners execute effective community development programs, homelessness elimination initiatives and sustainable housing projects.

Other services to be delivered include continued management of the HUD Exchange and Homeless Management Information System technical assistance, ICF said.

ICF also has other support and modernization contracts with other U.S. agencies.

ICF received a $36 million task order from the Department of Homeland Security to upgrade the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement‘s human resources systems. The company was tasked to use ServiceNow’s low-code HR Service Delivery module to build an enterprise-wide solution and provide human capital and workforce expertise.

The company also has a potential five-year, $14 million recompete contract from the Department of Justice to provide training and technical assistance to the Office for Victims of Crime. The company was tasked to continue TTA oversight and develop best practices and standards for victim service providers.
