KBR Wyle Services Awarded Potential $75M NASA Contract for Safety, Mission Assurance Services

KBR Wyle Services has secured a NASA contract valued at up to $75.3 million to provide critical safety and mission assurance services.

Under the Safety and Mission Assurance, Audits, Assessments and Analysis Services cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, which also has an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity provision, KBR Wyle Services will work with NASA Headquarters in Washington D.C. alongside various NASA centers, programs and projects, NASA said.

The company will provide a comprehensive suite of safety-related services that include hazard and risk analysis, software safety assessments, supply chain data management, information systems support and training programs.

The NASA Safety Center in Cleveland, Ohio, will administer the services. The work begins on Aug. 1 with a three-year base period and a two-year option ending July 31, 2029.

In 2023, NASA awarded KBR Wyle Services a five-year contract worth up to $1.9 billion to provide mission support and products to the Flight Operations Directorate at NASA’s Johnson Space Center as well as the Exploration Systems Development and Space Operations Mission directorates.
