Kodak Alaris Taps Carahsoft to Provide Government Customers With Information Management Solutions

Kodak Alaris has entered into a master government aggregator partnership agreement with Carahsoft Technology, making Kodak Alaris’ data capture and workflow automation solutions available to government customers.

Under the agreement, Kodak Alaris’ offerings will be distributed through Carahsoft’s reseller partners and government contracting systems, such as the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V and the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance.

Government customers’ choices among Kodak Alaris’ end-to-end information management solutions include document scanners and document processing software, Carahsoft said.

The company noted that Kodak Alaris can simplify government agencies’ digital transformation, enable cost-saving, enhance data security and achieve sustainability goals.

It added that Kodak Alaris’ solutions comply with the Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative. Such compliance is key to preparing government agencies for the transition to electronic records under the M-23-07 mandate of the Office of Management and Budget and the National Archives and Records Administration.

Rod Hughes, Kodak Alaris’ Americas sales managing director, said that the partnership will provide the solutions the public sector “requires to safely and efficiently complete the shift to electronic records management systems.”
