NIWC Atlantic Awards DLH Subsidiary Contract for Enterprise Staging and Delivery Support

DLH Holdings subsidiary Grove Resource Solutions Inc. has received a potential five-year, $14.6 million contract from the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic for continued enterprise staging and delivery support.

NIWC Atlantic maintains an ES&D support facility in Norfolk, Virginia, that is responsible for securely delivering commercial information technology hardware and integrated software and ensuring that such assets are functional, up-to-date and compliant with various requirements.

GRSi is expected to process information systems and utilize intelligent logistics capabilities to support a variety of activities, including operating the ES&D facility.

Kelly Baldwin, president of DLH’s national security programs business unit, said the award demonstrates her company’s dedication to delivering high-quality IT hardware and software to soldiers. CEO and President Zach Parker noted that the contract represents a chance to expand business with the U.S. Navy, DLH said Monday.

Prior to its acquisition by DLH in December 2022, GRSi secured a five-year contract from NIWC Atlantic for cyber systems engineering support to the U.S. and Fleet cyber commands.
