Noblis Launches Solution to Streamline Federal Acquisition Processes
Noblis has launched a new product designed to streamline the federal acquisition process and ensure regulatory compliance for both the buyer and seller.
The new RunAcquisitions platform is part of a family of solutions that bring automation and analytics capabilities to federal agencies’ complex workflows, Noblis said Monday.
Mile Corrigan, senior vice president of federal civilian solutions at Noblis, said RunAcquisitions can meet the needs of federal clients who want to standardize acquisition processes.
“Source selection and contract management can be a challenging and long-running process. It is too often conducted across multiple disjointed platforms, while also having to frequently face security threats and risks of protests,” Corrigan added.
Noblis said RunAcquisitions is a modernized version of an acquisition suite that has already been used in over $450 billion in government programs and procurement interactions.
The platform has three functionalities that meet Federal Information Security Management Act Moderate security requirements and help users control data through role-based access.
The first function serves as a solution for handling vendor proposals and managing all elements for evaluation submissions. The second feature is the application of automation on contract modifications and deliverables. The third is a multi-site security feature designed for workloads that require a sequestered environment.
On Aug. 9, Noblis launched the first offering in its Run line of products. RunCyberAssurance was created to help federal agencies and cloud service providers streamline cybersecurity compliance processes, including the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
RunCyberAssurance is a cloud-based solution that users can deploy either as a stand-alone system or a client-based application, Noblis said.
