CDAO Grants Awardable Status to NUTS Technologies’ Insider Threat Defense Solution

NUTS Technologies announced that it has secured an “Awardable” status from the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office’s Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace for its Insider Threat Defense solution.

ITD is a solution that helps government users mitigate insider threats even from privileged IT administrators. According to NUTS, ITD enforces need-to-know protocols on classified and top secret documents and supply chains, blocks internal administrators from decrypting sensitive documents, mitigate custodian and stewardship risks from cloud and third-party providers and generates AI request and response data protection and resilience.

ITD is available to government customers on the Tradewinds Marketplace, NUTS said.

The CDAO accreditation comes after another win for NUTS when AFWERX, the U.S. Air Force’s innovation arm, awarded the company a Phase I Small Business Innovation Research contract to ensure that ITD would help the service address privacy problems. The SBIR contract was awarded in December.

NUTS also secured a CDAO Awardable status for its Generative AI Encryption at the Edge solution, likewise added onto the Tradewinds Marketplace. GAINE automatically protects users’ generative AI requests using a distributed and centralized architecture that enables multi-domain AI session security and secure information sharing.
