Onspring GovCloud Debuts Software Supporting OMB Circular A-123 Compliance

Governance, risk and compliance platform Onspring GovCloud has announced the launch of a software offering to assist agencies in fulfilling requirements set by Office of Management and Budget Circular A-123, “Management’s Responsibility for Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Control.”

Federal agencies can utilize the cloud-based OMB A-123 Risk & Controls software to implement an integrated and automated risk management and compliance approach without information technology or DevOps resources, Onspring said.

In a press release, the company said its offering provides ready-made workflows and reports that integrate with plan of action and milestones processes.

Onspring’s director of product, Brett Sommers, said OMB A-123 Risk & Controls allows agencies to access “best-in-class automation” used by the private sector to modernize manual processes and legacy applications.

Onspring said the offering is the third it has released in a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program environment to support agencies’ risk management needs.

Onspring obtained a FedRAMP “In Process” designation for its GRC platform in January.
