OSG Secures Spot on $1.43B DHA Digital Modernization Contract
Optimal Strategix Group, a customer engagement analytics company, has won a spot on the Defense Health Agency’s $1.43 billion digital modernization contract.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a completion date of January 2028, OSG said Tuesday.
According to OSG, the contract is aimed at taking best-in-class private-sector practices and implementing them in public health care.
OSG added that it won the contract in partnership with Nolij Consulting, a woman-owned health information technology company that works with clients in the military, public and commercial sectors.
As one of the three small businesses on the contract, OSG will support the Program Executive Office-Defense Healthcare Management Systems’s Workforce 3.0 digital transformation effort.
DHS’s Workforce 3.0 team is made up of military and government staffers tasked with developing and delivering health care technology, according to a GovCon Wire report.
The team requires the support of companies for functions such as stakeholder engagement and performance oversight.
R. Sukumar, CEO of OSG, said the company will support DHA’s efforts to improve customer experience and engagement through its health care-focused PatientX360 platform.
According to its product page, PatientX360 is a customizable tool for medical management, clinical trials and continuity of care.
The platform integrates data from sources such as wearable devices, electronic health records and customer engagement reports.
PlatformX360 also offers graphical summaries of patient data, personalized dashboards for different users and data visualization features.
