Palantir Enters Channel Partnership With Carahsoft to Broaden Federal Market Reach
Denver, Colorado-headquartered Palantir Technologies announced that Carahsoft Technologies will be serving as its federal distributor in the United States under a new channel partnership program. The new partnership enables government departments and agencies to more easily acquire its flexible and modular solutions, Palantir said Friday.
In a statement, Palantir said that its data operations software will now be made available to federal customers through Carahsoft’s reseller partners. The products may be acquired using NASA’s Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement contract, the company added. NASA SEWP V provides the latest in information technology products and will be able to deliver goods and services both on-site and in the cloud.
Palantir further said that the partnership is one of the latest steps to enhance its sales organization and channel program, and will help broaden its reach within the U.S. federal sector.
Jennifer Talley, head of USG channel and distribution at Palantir, said the collaboration with Carahsoft and its resellers will allow her company to take advantage of the value that the channel ecosystem brings, offering the government the ability to work with their trusted partners and have more options on how they can procure technology.
For her part, Maryam Emdadi, Carahsoft’s vice president, said her company looks forward to working with Palantir to deliver mission-critical technology to the government, and help agencies advance their digital modernization strategy. She added that agencies now have ready access to Palantir’s big data solutions “to transform how they achieve their goals.”
