SimSpace Partners With Carahsoft to Expand Government Access to Cyber Range Solutions

Military-grade cyber range and training provider SimSpace has announced that Carahsoft Technology will distribute its solutions to the public sector through reseller partners and contract vehicles.

Government agencies will gain access to advanced cybersecurity training and simulated environments, SimSpace said.

The SimSpace Cyber Force platform, already available to the public sector through Carahsoft’s partnership with Velos Solutions, is intended to enable such organizations to protect critical assets and upskill cybersecurity personnel. According to SimSpace, the platform provides measurable lifecycle enhancements to facilitate governance, risk management and continuous cyber defense improvements.

The company added that government agencies can use optional live-fire events and tailored attack content to refine their cyber strategies and strengthen resilience.

SimSpace CEO William Hutchison explained that the partnership with Carahsoft will ensure that “cutting-edge capabilities” protect critical services citizens depend on.

Earlier, SimSpace secured a multi-year contract from the University of South Florida’s Florida Center for Cybersecurity through Carahsoft’s OMNIA Partners procurement vehicle. The Cyber Force platform is expected to increase the state’s cyber readiness.
