SOSi Awarded Army Contract to Strengthen Cyber Defenses in Europe

The U.S. Army has awarded SOSi a new contract to deliver IT and cybersecurity support to the Army Regional Cyber Center-Europe.

The effort, which is in partnership with Peraton, will provide network engineering, cyber defense and information assurance services for the RCC-E’s networks, services and systems, SOSi  said.

SOSi’s services will support the RCC-E’s mission of monitoring, operating, maintaining and defending the Department of Defense Information Network across the Europe-Africa region.

The services include network management, sensor management, service desk administration, incident response, threat analysis and penetration testing.

According to SOSi, the contract award strengthens its presence in Europe and reinforces its extensive experience working with the Army Network Enterprise Technology Command on global cybersecurity initiatives. The company previously assisted the Regional Cyber Center-Pacific and the Regional Cyber Center-Continental United States.

SOSi CEO Julian Setian, a 4×24 member and a 2024 Wash100 awardee, highlighted the company’s two-decade partnership with NETCOM, emphasizing its capability to safeguard Army networks.
