SOSi Secures Spot on $995M Air Force Support Services IDIQ

SOSi has secured a spot on a $995 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for U.S. Air Force advisory and assistance services.

Under the IDIQ, SOSi will have the opportunity to compete for task orders to deliver training, engineering and intelligence support capabilities to the U.S. Air Forces in Europe and the Air Forces Africa. Eight other companies have been awarded spots on the IDIQ, including Booz Allen Hamilton, HII and Valiant Integrated Services, SOSi said Wednesday.

Julian Setian, CEO of SOSi and a 2020 Wash100 awardee, said the company has been supporting USAFE’s Mission Partner Environment and has been providing intelligence analytics for the U.S. Army. He shared that the Air Force IDIQ will expand its service to Europe and Africa.

All awardees under the IDIQ will compete for task orders supporting policy development, administration and systems operations for the USAFE and AFAFRICA. The U.S. Air Force 764 Enterprise Sourcing Squadron was the contracting activity for the IDIQ.

The IDIQ award is one of several contract wins for SOSi over the past months. In March, the company secured a five-year, $20 million contract from the Drug Enforcement Administration to monitor and analyze foreign language communications to support the agency’s investigations.

In October 2022, SOSi received two Defense Information Systems Agency task orders worth over $31 million in total for architecture and engineering services for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, the USAFE and the AFAFRICA.
