DISA Seeks Contractor to Provide Products, Services Needed by JINTACC

The Defense Information Systems Agency is conducting market research to identify the availability of a small business to provide products and services required by the Joint Interoperability of Tactical Command and Control Systems Software Development and Sustainment.

The winning bidder is expected to work at Fort George G. Meade and the contractor’s facility within the region. The performance period is from September 2024 to September 2028, according to a sources-sought notice posted on SAM .gov.

DISA is seeking a contractor with the capability and experience to develop and sustain two systems. The Tactical Data Link Configuration Management Tool will be developed in three phases. For the United States Text Format Web Application, the winning bidder is expected to deal with a catalog that contains over 300 message formats often used by the Department of Defense to send information in real-time.

In May 2023, the agency issued a request for information on the availability of software vendors capable of orchestrating a zero trust strategy for the Department of Defense Information Network.
