TRAX Secures $692M Contract for Aberdeen Test Center Support

The U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center has awarded Trax International a $692 million prime contract for test support services.

Under the five-year Aberdeen Test Center Support Services contract, Trax will be in charge of planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting results of tests on Army equipment, encompassing the developmental and production stages, Trax said.

The new contract also grants Trax the opportunity to work at both the Aberdeen Test Center and Yuma Test Center, facilitating the exchange of knowledge and advancements in test technologies between the two facilities.

Trax CEO Brian Clark said the award expands their support to the Army Test and Evaluation Command, which has been ongoing since the company’s founding in 1979, and its mission of ensuring military advantage.

Moreover, the company said its proximity to ATEC headquarters allows it to offer early-stage test and evaluation support in the acquisition process.

Among the test centers and sites Trax has supported over the years include the Arctic Regions Test Center, Tropic Regions Test Center, Dugway Proving Ground and White Sands Missile Range.
