Tyler Technologies, AWS Expand Collaboration to Support Agencies With Cloud Migration
Tyler Technologies has extended its strategic collaboration agreement with Amazon Web Services to help government customers migrate their on-premise solutions to the cloud.
The two companies first agreed in 2019 to provide Tyler customers better experiences when managing their applications in the cloud. The expanded collaboration is expected to continue supporting a wide range of governments – from local offices to federal agencies.
With Tyler and AWS support, agencies are expected to improve the public service offered to customers, increase the transparency of operations and empower their workforce, Tyler said.
Lynn Moore, president and CEO at Tyler, said that the company’s partnership with AWS ensures cloud accessibility for Tyler customers, providing them enhanced security, continuous delivery and business continuity.
Tyler has been working with various government offices to improve the quality of its operations and customer service. In November 2022, the Diplomatic Security Service of the Department of State tapped the contractor to help improve its business process management solution, including reducing processing times and improving decision-making support for the agency’s leadership team.
