VMware Cloud Management Platform Achieves FedRAMP High Authorization

VMware’s vRealize Suite Cloud for U.S. Public Sector has received high authorization from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program’s Joint Authorization Board. VRealize Suite Cloud, a management solution for heterogeneous data centers and hybrid cloud environments, provides agencies with tools for managing cloud workloads in a manner that complies with federal security requirements. 

The authorization gives public sector agencies confidence that their sensitive data is protected while using vRealize, VMware said. Solutions under VRealize Suite include VMware Aria Automation, which enables the automated delivery of personalized infrastructure, applications and custom IT services; Aria Operations for artificial intelligence-enabled performance, capacity and cost management; and Aria Operations for Logs for centralized log management, deep operational visibility and intelligent analytics.

The VMware cloud management platform uses predictive and real-time analytics and provides smart alerts to help IT teams identify emerging issues and make informed decisions. According to VMware, vRealize will enable quick delivery of infrastructure while driving faster application development and better usability.
