Workday Secures DIA Contract for Human Resources System Modernization
The Defense Intelligence Agency has selected Workday Government Cloud to modernize its human resources operations.
Workday, in partnership with reseller Groundswell, will implement its Government Cloud solution to streamline DIA’s recruitment, onboarding and talent management processes.
The aim is to build a diverse, agile workforce and help DIA identify and integrate skills and expertise to address emerging intelligence challenges, Workday said.
Using Workday Government Cloud, the DIA will be able to centralize HR data, automate hiring processes, enable data-driven decision-making for its leadership and implement an employee-first talent foundation, ultimately enabling the agency to accelerate its hiring process and attract top talent.
Workday CEO Carl Eschenbach commended the DIA for its efforts to modernize workforce management and emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting federal agencies in transitioning from outdated systems to modern solutions.
The partnership marks Workday’s first foray into the U.S. Intelligence Community and its second year serving the U.S. federal market.
