NuAxis, Nexthink Team Up to Provide Federal Agencies With Digital Employee Experience Services

NuAxis Innovations, which specializes in customer experience and human-centered design, has partnered with Nexthink to offer digital employee experience management solutions to federal agencies.

Raza Latif, CEO of NuAxis Innovations and a 4×24 member, said the collaboration will enable the delivery of advanced DEX services to public sector customers seeking to transform their environments, support their workforce and improve citizen experience.

The services will use Nexthink’s DEX platform designed to provide real-time digital employee experience visibility and comprehensive analytics and proactive monitoring capabilities to identify and resolve issues that could impact employee productivity, NuAxis said.

According to the company, the platform allows public sector customers to ensure that their personnel have the tools and resources required to perform their responsibilities effectively in any location or device.
