Parry Labs Expanding Alabama Operations to Improve Customer Support

Defense contractor Parry Labs will move its office in Huntsville, Alabama, to a larger facility at Old Madison Pike as part of its $8.7 million expansion plan.

Aydin Mohtashamian, Parry Labs’ chief operating officer and a 4×24 member, said the new office will provide improved support to customers and enable the company to continue building on its achievements.

The 36,000-square-foot facility features conference rooms, a demonstration laboratory and production spaces, the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber reported.

Parry Labs offer software and hardware solutions developed using modular open systems approach, which allows customers to perform continuous system upgrades.

In August 2023, the Aviation and Missile Technology Consortium awarded the defense contractor two tasks to define modular open systems approach requirements for U.S. Army aircraft, including the Future Long Range Assault Aircraft, the AH-64 Apache and the Gray Eagle.

Parry Labs also secured funding in 2023 from the Army Product Manager Office Endurance Unmanned Aircraft Systems for the initial fielding of the company’s Gray Eagle Miniature Mission Interface software for the MQ-1C-25M aircraft. The funding covers hardware and software upgrades and MOSA implementation.
