Raft Names New Senior Vice President of Operations

Raft has appointed Mark Procaccini to the newly created role of senior vice president of operations.

Procaccini, an industry veteran in federal contracting, will be tasked with scaling Raft’s operations to accommodate the company’s recent growth surge and expansion plans, Raft said.

Apart from contracting, Procaccini’s expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and integration.

Shubhi Mishra, Raft’s CEO, a 4×24 member and a 2024 Wash100 awardee, said Procaccini is an effective industry leader who thinks outside the box. She emphasized Mark’s ability to navigate the rapidly changing digital security landscape as essential in providing Raft’s clients with superior solutions.

The company also views Procaccini’s leadership experience in high-growth government contracting environments as a valuable asset in servicing its expanding client base and delivering its data-driven solutions to new missions.

Before joining Raft, Procaccini served as managing director of Accenture Federal Services, where he oversaw global contract management.
