Robert Provencher, Director at ENSCO

Robert Provencher Jr. is a director at ENSCO, where he supports the National Capital Region mission systems group. Prior to joining TeleSolv, Provencher served as director of program management office and compliance at B&D Consulting, supervising contracts with federal agencies, military services and several Department of Defense components, including the Defense Information Systems Agency.

He was briefly a proposal manager for Engility, providing consulting services for a potential international deal. Before that, he handled SOC’s contracts with the Department of State‘s criminal justice program support team as a deputy program manager.

He was an on-call senior consultant for business and training services at SmartPath. Before that, he worked at BAE Systems in multiple program management roles.

Provencher served for 25 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring as first sergeant. His specializations included program management, force protection and anti-terrorism.

His educational background consists of a master’s degree in program management from Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and computer science from Sullivan University.
