Amy Foy is Vice President of Contracts and Supply Chain at Nightwing where she oversees all aspects of domestic and international customer and supplier-related business arrangements. Her deep knowledge and work ethic make it possible for Nightwing to fulfill its mission to advance our national security interests.
Previously, Foy served in a variety of roles at Raytheon, most recently as Senior Director of Contracts and Supply Chain for the Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Services business. Prior to that position, she was Senior Director of Contracts Operations and Transformation for the Raytheon Intelligence and Space business, and Senior Manager of the Air Traffic Systems contracts team. Additionally, Foy held various contracts operations and management roles in Raytheon’s Network Centric Systems.
Amy Foy received her Bachelor of Science and master’s degrees in finance from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts, and is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager.
