Mr. Ben Marglin is a Principal with Booz Allen’s Finance and Economic Development (FED) market team with over 19 years of professional experience. He joined Booz Allen in 2002, currently leads Booz Allen’s work at GSA, State, USAID, NSF, NARA, EOP, and the U.S. Congress within the Civil market. He is a functional subject matter expert in the areas of IT Strategy, e-Government, IT Portfolio Management, Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC), IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Program Management. Prior to his career with the Booz Allen, he worked for American Management Systems (AMS) from 1999 to 2002 providing IT consulting services to state and local governments, and prior to that, he worked for U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein from 1994 to 1997. He has an Master’s degree in Public Policy, is a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds a Top Secret security clearance.
