Bernie Elero is Senior Vice President of Business Development and Capture Management for AECOM’s Intelligence Community Solutions Business Unit. Mr. Elero joined AECOM in 2014 and is responsible for the entire business development and capture teams within ICS. These responsibilities include managing all growth resources- Business Development, Capture and Proposal Development, and Solution Architecture– for maximum competitive discrimination and win rate improvement. Responsibilities include ensuring excellence in business strategy, marketing, capture and proposal management, and technically, delivering service, solutions and systems integration capabilities.
Mr. Elero has over 35 years of experience with the Government and Aerospace industries.
Mr. Elero holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Eastern Michigan University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Pittsburgh.
