William (Bill) Dunlap provides support to DARPA as the Director, Information Technology Directorate and Chief Information Officer (CIO). He is responsible for day-to-day operations of the DARPA Networks at multiple classifications and for IT Policies and procedures for execution of IT requirements in support of DARPA’s mission. Bill provides IT portfolio oversight and ensures that DARPA’s IT capabilities align with mission requirements and are in line with Agency operations. Additionally, he manages the IT FYDP to determine the necessary funding and
allocation of resources to maintain and refresh those IT systems.
