Dr. Bryan Tipton

Dr. Tipton has been Chief Architect of the Department of the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office (DAF RCO) since 2017. In this role, he is the technical lead of the Advanced Battle Management System. Before the DAF RCO, Dr Tipton worked for 15 years at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, in the areas of systems analysis, algorithm development, missile defense, ISR, and Air Force tactical systems. Dr. Tipton has a doctorate in physics from MIT.
