Debbie Bucci is a lead IT Architect in the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC). Her primary focus is on the privacy and security aspects of Health Information Exchange and in particular Open APIs. She has been previously recognized, both within HHS and nationally, for her work in Federated Identity Management.
