Dennis W. Rice, Acting Section Chief, Cyber Counterintelligence Coordination Section, Counterintelligence Division, FBIHQ.
Mr. Rice began his FBI career in 1997 and was stationed in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Rice investigated Violent Crimes and Major Offenders, Organized Crime and Drugs, Foreign Counterintelligence, and Counterintelligence/Cyber Programs.
Mr. Rice served as a Chief Security Officer (CSO) for seven years and is a certified Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO).
Mr. Rice is Co-Chairman of Mid-Management Advisory Committee (MMAC) Executive Board which is part of the FBI Director's Advisory Committee.
Mr. Rice served as the National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC) Coordinator, Cyber Crime Coordinator and InfraGard Coordinator.
Mr. Rice is a certified FBI Crisis Management Coordinator and was responsible for the FBI’s year long Active Shooter national initiative in 2013-14. Additionally, Mr. Rice is a certified FBI Active Shooter Tactical Instructor.
Mr. Rice holds two graduate degrees in Information Management/Computer Resources and Security Management from Webster University.
