Dr. Courtney Crosby is an AI Futurist and Chief of Special Missions within Booz Allen’s Chief Technology Office. Courtney specializes in operationalizing artificial intelligence and machine learning using a mission engineering-first approach. She holds a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences and has contributed to academic and open source literature on tactical AI applications and military objectives with respect to both special operations and JADC2 mission sets. Courtney has several years of deployment experience within the CCMDs and currently supports the CDAO as the Principal AI Integrator for Algorithmic Warfare.
