Dr. Jennifer Cowley earned her PhD in Human Factors Psychology at North Carolina State University. She specializes in the identification and measure of psycho-social factors (cognitive, conative and affective factors) that impact human performance. Dr. Cowley worked at the Army Research Laboratory studying the human vulnerabilities in cybersecurity network defense.  Currently, she works in the Chief Digital and AI office as a consultant and liaison to Components and Services for AI adoption.
