Dr. Josh Conway serves as Principal for Booz Allen Hamilton where he develops and executes long-term strategies to enable overwhelming, autonomous mass at the scale and pace of conflict. Dr. Conway leads the assessment of capabilities and gaps for next generation capabilities and constructs technology roadmaps to achieve these visions.

Prior to joining Booz Allen in 2024, Dr. Conway was the Senior Vice President of Science and Technology at America’s Frontier Fund where he analyzed cross-industry trends and generated differentiated deal-flow recommendations. Dr. Conway also held roles as CTO of Blue Sky Innovators, Program Manager at DARPA’s TTO and MTO offices, and Technical Staff at Boeing Satellite Systems.

Dr. Conway has more than two decades of government and industrial experience in technology and product development. His technical experience includes developing leading-edge integrated photonic systems, autonomy, semiconductor processing, and advanced space systems.
