Dr. Paul Jensen is Senior Director Global Technology at Cubic Digital Intelligence, with 22+ years of experience in leading software-oriented R&D projects for commercial and Government organizations such as the U.S. Army and DARPA. In his current role Paul performs technology planning, system architecture, design, and development for enterprise-scale software systems in the domains of big data collection and analysis, collaborative analysis tools, and visualization platforms.

Paul has earned certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Six Sigma Green Belt, a Data Science Professional, and has a Top-Secret security clearance. During his career he has won awards including the Cubic Innovation Leader of the Year Award, Cubic Innovative Team of the Year Award, the Boeing Co. Performance Excellence Award and the Textron Chairman’s Award for Innovation. He has published 4 articles and has been a contributing editor for multiple industry publications including IEEE Software, and CrossTalk, The Journal of Defense Software Engineering.

Paul earned a Ph.D. in high-energy physics from the University of Texas at Austin, where, as an experimental researcher, he was first exposed to big data analysis, complex collaborative analysis systems and data acquisition systems.
