Graham Gilmer is an analytics leader, focused on research and client delivery in the areas of machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and high-performance computing. He leads a team that delivers innovative AI capabilities for defense and intelligence clients.
In this role, Graham is the primary hub for Booz Allen's work supporting AI initiatives across the Department of Defense (DoD). He is also the technical lead for investments in processing, exploitation, and dissemination modernization, seeking to incorporate advanced algorithmic techniques, automation, and machine learning to transform intelligence analysis. Graham established the firm’s relationship with NVIDIA Corporation, setting the strategy and bilateral engagement to bring next-generation computing technology to the Federal Government.
Graham has more than a decade of experience supporting the DoD and other U.S. Government agencies. His background includes experience in operations research, portfolio management, and modeling and simulation. He helped found and launch Booz Allen’s RealTime Analytics service offering, creating the Polaris™ and Argo™ software tools that are prevalent on dozens of engagements across the Federal Government and commercial industry today.
Graham was a 2009 Booz Allen Excellence Award winner for innovation for his modeling work on the U.S. Navy Design for Affordability engagement, as well as a 2012 BEA finalist for the RealTime Analytics suite of offerings.
Graham earned a B.S. in management science and engineering from Stanford University.
