Holly Levanto brings digital, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to Booz Allen clients, with more than a decade of experience supporting the Department of Defense (DOD) and other U.S. federal agencies. Her background includes working to advance digital readiness, adoption, strategy, workforce, and data-driven organizational transformation. In leading the delivery of AI domains, Holly applies a breadth of expertise spanning resilience, human performance, military readiness, health, and operations.
As an AI adoption lead for Booz Allen’s chief technology team, Holly oversees the delivery of advanced solutions to enable the AI and digital transformation of U.S. defense organizations. In this role, she leads acceleration of digital and AI adoption for key DOD mission commanders operating worldwide  She oversees a team that is translating new data analytics capabilities into decision advantage utilizing the Advana. In addition, she drives the firm’s strategy and engagement of solutions in DOD’s Chief Digital and AI Office.
Prior to joining Booz Allen, Holly served in the U.S. Navy as an engineering officer on the USS Gunston Hall (LSD-44) and navigator of the USS San Antonio (LPD-17) during the Global War on Terrorism and Joint Task Force for Anti-Piracy Operations.
She holds an M.S. in health systems administration from Georgetown University and a B.A. in American studies from George Washington University. She is a certified change management advanced practitioner and a certified project management professional.
