James is a Solutions Architect for Crowley since 2021. Prior to joining Crowley, James had 14 years of experience in various aspects of government logistics: traffic management, policy, future plans, operation oversight and information technology and systems integration. From 2014 – 2018, James was the DLA COR (Contracting Officer’s Representative) for the USTRANSCOM DFTS contract. Prior to working for DLA, James was a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and US Army Reserve, deploying to both Afghanistan and Iraq. James has a degree in Political Science from Penn State University.
