Jeff Bohling is the chief executive officer at Empower AI. As the company’s top executive, Jeff is responsible for leading Empower AI’s growth strategy and delivering mission-enhancing services and solutions to the public sector.
Jeff is a seasoned government IT services executive with over two decades of experience leading high-performing teams, delivering sustainable growth to businesses, and establishing operational excellence to help ensure mission success.
Prior to joining Empower AI in February 2023, Jeff was president of the Defense Solutions Sector at Peraton, joining the company in 2021 through its acquisition of Perspecta. Over his five-year tenure at Peraton and Perspecta, Jeff was responsible for the sector’s organizational strategy, growth objectives, and program performance. Prior to that, he held several executive positions at General Dynamics Information Technology.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He has been named a “Top DoD Executive to Watch” by WashingtonExec and is a board member at the National Defense Industrial Association.
