Jeff Castelli is the Managing Director of the Adversary Research and Reconnaissance Team at Accenture Federal Services. He has 30 years of national security sector service and deep experience leading the adoption of cutting-edge technology, particularly information technology. Jeff has worked at the highest levels of the U.S. government and served abroad for more than 17 years in South Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. He retired from government service in February 2009. Prior to joining AFS in March 2017, Jeff was the Executive Vice President/Federal at Endgame, one of the leading cybersecurity software firms, from August 2013 to March 2017. Prior to Endgame, he was Executive Vice President at PhaseOne Communications, a market research firm, from April 2009 to August 2013. He holds an M.A. in Modern European History from Ohio University (1979) and a B.A. in History from Davidson College (1977).
