Jeff is a Principal Information Assurance Engineer and Supply Chain Cybersecurity Officer for Lockheed Martin Space Global Supply Chain Organization (GSCO) responsible for Supply Chain Risk Management, Information Protection, supplier cybersecurity compliance and improvement. He has thirty plus years of board experience in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management and Process Optimization.
Over the last six years, Jeff has focused exclusively on Supply Chain Cybersecurity given the rising supply chain threats and the growing awareness of the vulnerabilities within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) multi-tier supply chain. By collaborating with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), industry associations, Cybersecurity experts, Jeff has developed Supply Chain Cyber Risk Management best practices, conducted Comprehensive Security Reviews with Defense Security Services (DSS), led Industrial Association committee, presented at several conferences, universities and research laboratories.
Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in 2005, Jeff spent fourteen years as a technology and management consultant addressing business challenges, aligning business and technology strategies and leading organizational transformation efforts for Fortune 500 companies.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Long Island University, Master’s degree in Leadership and Strategic Innovation from University of Denver and is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). He is the co-chair of National Defense Industry Association (NDIA) Supply Chain Cybersecurity Committee. Jeff is a trained Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) and is an active Lean practitioner, effective facilitator and strong advocate in continuous improvement.
