Jeff Johnson has over 20 years of customer-focused experience in engineering, security, and enterprise IT across both the private and public sectors. As the former Vice President of Enterprise Analytics at the United States Postal Service (USPS), Jeff was instrumental in leveraging data and technology to drive performance and improve efficiencies. His work in enhancing scanning processes, integrating mail and package network information, and managing the national address system underscored his ability to lead large-scale technological transformations. Before his tenure at USPS, Jeff served as the Chief Technology Officer for the FBI, where he led the delivery of a groundbreaking case management system and strengthened the agency’s threat awareness capabilities. His leadership in the FBI is recognized as a case study in exceptional agile development processes. Jeff’s private sector experience includes leading global banking technology teams focused on Information Security, Infrastructure performance, and Unified Communications. His career also includes distinguished service as a U.S. Naval Officer where he focused on networking, messaging, and database infrastructure, further demonstrating his broad expertise in IT and security across the Fleet. Jeff is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD.
