Jeffrey Miller is a Managing Director with Accenture Federal Service where he is responsible for Accenture’s Management Consulting Supply Chain & Operations practice. Mr. Miller has over 30 years of supply chain management experience in a wide variety of fields including planning, fulfillment, and sourcing and procurement.
Mr. Miller also serves as a Client Account Lead (CAL) in Accenture’s Defense Agencies portfolio where he has responsibility for service delivery and account growth with “Joint” DoD clients. Prior to this role, he was the Business Transformation lead for the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Enterprise Business Systems (EBS) program. In his role, he has helped design and integrate mission-critical processes and analytical technologies in numerous supply chain domains, including fulfillment, demand planning, distribution network & inventory optimization, procurement, and product lifecycle management. For more than 20 years, he has consulted a broad array of U.S. Federal clients, including the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Veterans Affairs, Patent and Trademark Office, Federal Aviation Administration and the United States Postal Service, as well as numerous aerospace and defense industry clients.
Prior to Accenture, Mr. Miller was a Navy Supply Corps Officer where he served in a number of diverse capacities, including successful at-sea division officer and department tours and as a warranted contracting officer, with specific experience in shipbuilding, surface/subsurface weapon systems, and information technology programs.
Mr. Miller earned a B.A. in History from The Citadel and an MBA in Finance from The George Washington University.
